At Geedup, we stand by the quality of our premium streetwear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original Geedup tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
